What this website does
The site shows our collections, the gold rate that the shop publishes each day, a gold price estimator, and ways to contact us. It does not have accounts, a shopping cart or online payments.
What we collect and how we use it
Messages you send us
The WhatsApp, call and directions buttons open WhatsApp, your phone or your maps app. The custom order form does not send your answers to our server: it writes them into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. What you send us on WhatsApp is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, and we use it only to answer you, quote prices and arrange your order. If you email us, we use your email address and message in the same way, only to reply to you.
The estimator
The weight, unit and purity you enter in the gold estimator are used by your browser to work out an estimate. They are not stored or sent to us.
No tracking tools
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for visitors.
Server logs
Like every website, our host records technical details of each request (such as the IP address, the time and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
Visitors to this website are not given cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only on the private page where the shop updates the gold rate, and only for the shop’s own staff.
Who else is involved
- Vercel hosts the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send us.
- Google Maps opens when you tap a directions link. The map picture on the page is a plain image and does not load Google scripts.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep things
Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in our WhatsApp chat until we or you delete them. We keep them only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or order and to keep a record of what we agreed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your messages, by contacting us using the details below. You can also delete any chat from your own phone at any time.
Children
This website is meant for adults buying or selling jewellery. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
